Before launching Icarus Developments, Kevin Chan, P.Eng, MBA, worked with a select number of established developers to bring more than 6,000,000 square feet of commercial and residential space into the Greater Toronto Area real estate market. Kevin’s experience includes deep know-how in navigating the many approvals needed to get the job done, on spec and on schedule. And his engineering background and MBA training give him a unique perspective on the development process, with an eye for technical and financial feasibility—and creative opportunity—in areas that other builders overlook.
